Property Maintenance Our office can arrange all general maintenance work necessary at the property, however if you prefer, we are also happy to work in with any Tradespeople nominated by yourself. If a tenant reports a problem at the property, or a maintenance item comes to our attention during our regular scheduled inspection, we will always contact you for approval before going ahead with any work. Our tradespeople are very reliable and are on call 24 hours a day if necessary. They are selected entirely on the quality of their work, the reliability of their services and their competitive pricing. Unlike many Property Managers, we have no financial interest in awarding work to our tradespeople - our aim is simply to get the job done right, the first time, at the best possible price for you! Tenancy Insurance We recommend all our Lessors to take out general household insurance on investment property (just as you would on your own home). Many standard insurance policies do not cover the risks often associated with rental properties such as malicious damage of theft by tenants and their guests.
