What does it cost?

- Let fee - equivalent to the first weeks rent + GST. This is for the search and selection of the tenants.

- Collection of rent - 5% + GST is charged on all rental monies collected.

- Management Fee - 2.75% (GST inclusive) on all rental monies collected, and no other charges for any of the services outlined in this proposal.

- Postage and petties - $4.40 (GST inclusive) per statement. This covers postage, phone calls, faxes, mails and Federal Government Taxes on deposits, bank charges…

- Small Claims Tribunal / Mediation Process - We charge a flat fee of $150.00 to attend Small Claims Tribunal hearing and out of pocket expenses such as (car parking and filing fees). Bear in mind this process is few and far between however when they do occur, most of the Property Manager's day is occupied with your case.

There are no other charges for any extra service provided by our organisation.
