3. A full colour photograph and description of your home will be placed in our shop front window display in price order.

4. Promotional leaflets will be distributed to 400 homes in your area.

5. A "For Sale" sign will be erected in front of your property to alert all buyers driving your area looking for a new home.

6. An editorial will be written and submitted together with a photograph to the South East Advertiser newspaper for inclusion in an upcoming edition.

7. Your property will be placed on the internet on both our own website - carindalerealty.com.au and realestate.com.au.

8. We will include your home on our colour pictorial lists of similar priced homes for distribution to buyers.

These activities, together with the database of buyers that our sales team of seven have, is sometimes all that is required for a sale to take place.
